Course 502: Non-Residential Relocation Assistance February 12-13, 2020 Flowood, MS
This course presents the processes necessary to relocate a business. Participants will learn how to apply provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, in conjunction with the Surface Transportation and Relocation Assistance Act of 1987, and subsequent revisions, to the relocation of non-residential entities.

Course 506: Advanced Business Relocation Assistance April 22-23, 2020 Flowood, MS
This course begins with a pre-assessment of the participants’ knowledge, followed by case study analysis of complexbusiness relocation issues which require a thorough understanding of the relocation process and the Uniform Act. A detailedanalysis of each case study is provided so participants understand the lead agency’s theory behind its interpretation of thesituation. Facts are applied in order to simulate a relocation that is consistent with the intent of the Uniform Act.
